Bad service and no maintenance done

Company partners helped registering my company and l stayed with them for almost 3 years. Debit orders were taken for maintenance and payroll. Maintenance include tax for bussiness and directors. For 3 years they did not submit anything to sars. Paid for payroll and that was also not done and l still had to do payslups myself. The consultant you get is suppose to help you if you dont understand something but only get replies on e mails 3 or more days after sending them messages. Payroll gets outsourced to other companies and what a mess that was after they actually start with it. The one l got was a trainee accountant and l only had contact via e mail as she works from home. But she also replies 2 to 3 days after l send e mails. Then you also have to pay for yearly cipc and pay exstra for any other services bussiness needs like vat or coida. Anyway, l cancelled all bussiness with them and asked for refund on payroll as l paid for it for months and was only done for 1 month. I cancelled in November 2023 and still no money received back, always have excuses. Samuel phoned me in January to find out what happened and to get my cancellation up and running. He does not even know the person who is my accountant thats how l know about outsourcing. Now the new excuse is that it takes time because of money laundring and apparantly my money was moved from department to department what the reason for that is for l will not know. I seriously think they do not know what they are doing. Its easy for them to take your money but getting it back is a big issue. My new accountant has to go back and do all tax since l started and we all know how much that is going to cost my company. So if you want your bussiness to survive, dont use company partners. Today is the 24th of January, so lets see how long they take to give my company back the money. Because honestly l should claim back for the maintenance as well as they actually did nothing. Im looking to getting legal advise on all of this because they actually put my company at risk and personally im looking at ***** too as they did no tax return on company or directors and no maintenance what so ever. Thinking back they really did nothing and its my own fault that l did not pick this up earlier. They only did registration for new services which cost extra. Please be carefull with them.
