Bad service and bad communication by Company Partners

I engaged Company Partners (PTY)Ltd for services in early 03 September 2020 and they gave me a letter as assurance that they were attending to arranging a COID letter for me. During this time there was no correspondence between us till the 28 September 2020 wherein I enquired about the progress.It is only then that they mentioned that they needed more information and furthermore they wanted more money.I have attached the proof of payment for the additional payment. Additionally ,I had paid for the once off email domain service as well. What is unacceptable is that they ignored my calls for 2full days (29 September to 31 September)knowing very well that I needed the letter on an urgent basis.I had explicitly told the consultant (Zandile Nxazonke) that I needed assistance with the form because SMO Electrical is a new company therefore information on salaries is not available but they instead sent me a duplicate letter of engagement instead of assisting me with the form that they had sent.They ignored my calls and the receptionist at their firm was also not helpful and kept on insisting that the consultant was in meetings everytime I called for three days.I requested my legal representative to follow up with them but they avoided their calls many times as well.During this time,I managed to sort out the letter of good standing whilst they were playing hide and seek and will no longer require their services for the email domain either therefore I cancelled my request for their services as they have failed to assist me.I have since been calling Company Partners to request that they reimburse me the total amount due to me (R 1780). I have contacted Zandile Nxazonke Consultant , Susan Esterhuizen (Consultant team leader) and Renee Green and they are not assiting me
