Appalling service - hidden t's&c's and refusal of refund for services not used!

I am beyond appalled by the absolute smoke and mirrors which is this company. I have been dealing with Philasande for over a month requesting a refund for a service we pre-payed for and didn't use. I am now dealing with Zandile who has come back with the SAME information - "we cannot refund you do to our credit policy - you can have a credit on account for another service". I have told them time and time again that we don't need their services and that we would like our money back. THEY REFUSE. There was NO mention of their policy anywhere on their invoice I payed against - I never agreed to anything. Then they send a link to their website which has 'terms of use' - a list as long as my arm!! Absolutely appalling! It's R1500 and they would rather carry on insisting they cannot do a refund until the point where I'm at now - complaining online! Clearly keeping the money is more important to them!!

So please anyone using this company - BEFORE you do make sure you have a lawyer present to read all their terms and conditions hidden in their website - for all you know they could be adding in whatever they want and locking you into clauses that only benefit them. And do not pre-pay them anything!
