8 months waiting for CIDB certificate

On the 18 of February, I app**** for CIDB certificate and requested assistance from Company Partners, to date I have not receive my certification. Yes there was an issue regarding a registered company under my name from CIPC that was supposed to be deregistered before I can proceed with my application. The issue has been dragging till today, all I get is false promises. I am loosing tenders because one can not operate or request for tenders without a proper documentation. I can't even sleep at night and regret using company partners to assist me with my application. The stuff is unprofessional, especially the lady by the name of Cynthia, who fail to respond on my emails. I requested to be refunded back my money so I can seek assistance somewhere else, but it just fell on deaf ears, even in future, I will not gonna take risk to seek assistance from this so called professional company.
