Hi all I am not sure who get paid for their good reviews. I will be dead honest the service the make use of different accounting companies are beyond excellent. But Frankly what you buy and what you get is knight and day. Let me explain I have taken a monthly package of R1490 per month for the following ALL INCLUSIVE MAINTENANCE: Our Maintenance Plan covers your monthly accounting work: (1) Monthly accounting of books up to Management Accounts (2) 1x Annual income Tax Return (IT14) (3) 2x Bi-annual Provisional Tax Returns (IRP6’s) When I have send all relevant document every month it was all fine but when they had to submit my annual tax return I have to pay an additional R900 something I already pay for. When I contact Cynthia there is no assistance everything is we will follow up no communication from her if you phone with a query 95% she is not available. Now my commonsense say if you pay for something and you get recharge for the same thing it is *****. So my IRP 6 TAX RETURN WAS NOT SENT TO SARS So please explain how you can rate this company anything more than 1 star Moventur ***
