4+ days for a single quote

I asked for a simple quote on the 17th of Feb. It's 4 days later now and all I get is 1 email a day at 10 PM in the evening and still not a single step closer to a quote after providing all of my details. Calls were promised and I'm still waiting.

Their competitors answered and quoted me within a single morning.
