Late delivery of BBBEE (Non compliant)

Purchase of a company package including the following<br> 1. New Company registration<br> 2. Tax Number<br> 3. Tax Clearance Certificate<br> 4. Bank Account<br> 5. Website pages (4)<br> 6. BBBEE Certificate<br> Which only the following was delivered:<br> 1. New Company Registration<br> 2. Tax number<br> 3. Website - Incomplete<br> This package was paid for in September 2014.<br> The Tax Clearance Certificate we app**** for ourselves and the bank account was never opened which we went and opened ourselves as well. <br> The BBEEE Certificate was only app**** for on the 25 May 2015 and Mr Marias Du Plessis never submitted all the relevant documentation and never followed the correct procedures.<br> We made contact with the third party with regards to the BBEEE Certificate on the 25 May 2015 and found out that Mr Marias Du Plessis ONLY made payment on this day.<br> Thus loosing the company a total loss of +/- R650 000 income.<br> We now have to wait another 3 months to receive the BBEEE Certificate and year end will be ending soon.<br> This decreases our chances of gaining our contracts from this BBEEE certificate being non existent.<br> This brings our clientele relationships to a less trusting company and a prediction of 3years to claim
