Compact Courier is a ****

They called and told me i have a package, but the address given was an old address. Then they ask me to confirm my ID number, Told me that a package is on its way. The package came from Rapid Trade and Business. This was on Monday 27 November 2023.

I called them again on 4 December 2023 and was told that there was a hold up with the packages. When I asked them for a tracking number i was ignored. Was told that they will follow up and call me back at 12:00.

After not receiving a call, I looked up Compact Couriers on the internet and could not find such a company. Called another company, Compact Logistics, just to be told that they received calls from other people who were also told that they would receive a package.
