Bad customer service

This is the worse logistics company to use, last week I got a call from them that my parcel will be delivered on Thursday my parcel wasn't delivered when I called on Friday they asked me who I spoke to and I told them I didn't take her name, I called again on Monday they told me they cont help me she's the only person who can help me, they gave me another number I called the number it rings then someone drops it,I don't know when will I receive my parcel or communicate from this ileterate people who run away from customers
