Disguisted by Staff member at Shell Community Motors Salt River

Good morning, I would like the management and owner of Shell Community Motors to know how rude and loud Nassie is she has no way of speaking to customers. This morning when i pulled up at Gargre there was a corsa bakkie and mercedes benz on the forecourt. Only Sandra was working. The corsa bakkie left. Nassie then came out shouting and screaming at people driving pass. Saw mw at pump 1 and went onto filling a car that just pulled up at pump 3 VW white polo. more cares pulled and and even that girl with glasses came out saw me and went to help someone in bakkine. I then got out and approached Nassie and said you must watch the court who pulls and got rude and shouting. This is unacceptacle behaviuor from staff. even Sandra said that Nassie is just like this and speaks the ways she wants to to people. Well i dont accept this and it shows extreme poor management skills. I want this matter dealt with and i want Nassie to be warned as her behaivour is terrible. If you as a manager and owner want to lose business then let nassie behaviour like that. I will take this matter to Shell Head office and too social media about this.. I also want you to look at your cctv footage to see what i am saying. I am totally disguisted but this is not the 1st time we have problems at Shell Salt River also a problem with there staff never enough staff and they extremely slow.
