Customers have no value

I handed this company 900 flyers to distribute, after numerous emails to find out what is going on, I got no response. I eventually called Barrie for an update on my flyer distribution, he then informed me that all my flyers had been distributed in 1 area (not as I requested) , however due to this error, I was not going to get charged.

He then went on to tell me that he will send me an email shortly with the details of the distribution- as on their website, they advertise " GPS technology that ensures you see exactly where your flyers have been distributed. We employ highly motivated, permanently employed distributors."

It has since been 2 weeks and I have not received any feedback.

I myself run a small business, so I know that mistakes happen- but it's what you do to fix them and showing a client that your business matters to you, is what counts.

I'm absolutely disgusted at the level of service or lack thereof from this company/ individual.

I basically handed hundreds of rands worth of flyers over for distribution, for all I know, it was dumped in the trash.
