How does a recruitment agency operate when they're advertised vacancies are always closed ?

Be careful when applying for any position with Communicate Recruitment.

Their positions are always closed already, or you don't tick all the boxes, or you don't have enough experience, there is always one excuse after the other. I don't know if they ever manage to place a candidate and if they do, it bet you bottom dollar is only privileged candidates.
