Communicate recruitment and their terrible business ethic

This company is the worst recruitment agency you can find. They only have their client's interest and are not willing to negotiate a proper wage on your behalf. Their manager is greedy for her cut of the deal and only wants you to agree just so that she can get her share. They have no decency to even get back to you to say if the company is willing to negotiate or not. The manager twists your words and makes you seem like you lying and does nothing to stand up for you. It is people like this that keeps the unemployment rate in South Africa so high as they are only out for their own gain and do not consider the next person. If you do not want to be disappointed please deal with the place you going for the interview yourself when it comes to salary negotiations. Try to let them do as little as possible.
