I'm only giving a 1, because I can't give a zero. I'm very disappointed with their service. I don't think they understand the industry in which most of the jobs they advertise belong. If your CV doesn't have the exact wording in the advert that their client posted, then the agents automatically assume you don't have the credentials when you do, but you used a different word/term to describe those credentials. As a result, they don't even bother making the application for that role on your behalf.

When you call them, letting them know about a particular role you have seen, they don't seem to be interested in helping you apply for that role. It's almost as if those jobs are already assigned to specific privileged people, and the adverti*****t is just a formality.
