Very poor communication regarding lease agreements!

Finding the apartment was a dream, the estate agent was incredibly helpful and the application process went quite well but after I sent my deposit it's turned into a complete nightmare. I have been trying get my lease agreement since the end of May 2022, when my desposit was paid. I am meant to move in on Tuesday 28 June 2022 and have no lease agreement. Everytime I call in, the call bounces back or eventually drops. I sent countless emails with little to no response for almost 4 weeks now. It's incredibly stressful! I love the apartment but I am very unhappy with the communication and uncer*****y since I am meant to be out of my current flat.
