Turn my 2 star review into 5 stars

With great sadness I am reading all the good reviews and excellent communications that numerous people has posted regarding communicare staff going over and above the call of duty....and all i ask myself is ??? Why am i the unfortunate one to be stuck with a consultant with no commication skills and takes lunch at 15:h55 when the office close at 16h00? Numerous calls and emails but still no joy of just trying to find out about my applicaton...please communicare i would also like to post a good review????
