******* treatment of tenants

I have lived here for almost 3 years now and I would definitely NOT recommend it to anyone. Upon signing your lease, you are required to agree to house rules by also signing that. Within these rules there is nothing that states you are not allowed visitors after a certain time. However, they deny anyone access after 10pm. They make up new rules every few months that are definitely not in the rules you sign before you move in. Whenever you have a maintenance issue, you are required to log a call and they will send someone to fix it. I have had many issues that have not been addressed in almost a year. They ignore your emails and your calls. They treat you like you are a student living on a res. There has been times they have had almost 10 security guards at one gate with dogs and guns like you are a prisoner. Most of the older units are INFESTED with ****roaches that they refuse to remove and it is pointless taking care of it privately because all of the other units are also infested so the problem never ends.
