It is my unenviable privilege to laud Communicare and it's professional staff who assisted me in my quest for application to residential status. Nosiphiwo Njiba was my liaison officer assigned to me. She was instrumental in easing the process. I salute her and her resilient spirit. All praises to a lady who has the intestinal fortitude to see things through till the end.
