Rude Contact Center Agents

I've logged the call with communicare, I got the email response that I must contact the call center. Contacted the call center where I was transferred from one person who said she's at Bidvest to the other who listened to my query without any interest and I was put on hold to my surprise I was transferred to the worst customer service agent ever,anyone would want to interact with. Her so called name is Regina Tokosa which I had to ask for more than five times the least. Up until I asked her to drop the call because I needed to rate her service. She then kept quiet completely until I dropped the call . I am hurt more than anything by the poor service I got. I just moved there it's not even a week,the shower is blocked,the cupboards handles are breaking. I am using the sink to bath when I got to work. And the customer service agents are rude on the phone.
