poor service

<p>Communicare doesn't care about the residents to raise their rent on a yearly basis but supply service that suck!!The security is not even adequately trained to look after the flats which caused that theft took place on numerous occasions.Also our geyser has been giving trouble for a while.It works and then gave issues whereby we have logged complaints about it by which a non-qualified person tends to it which was only for a temporary.Communicare needs to up s**** their service or this is going to the papers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very unhappy resident</p>
