Pending application needs to be cancelled

I have a bad experience in Communicare I have app**** before but the application was not successful so I want to apply again it’s showing that I have a pending application so I can’t apply until the application is being cancelled. Have tried to contact communicare I don’t get any help the only thing they do is to transfer my call I have to hold until my call is hanged up I’m not happy at all several times trying to call them no help
