No response from Communicare for 3 months now

I hope I get help by writing this here because I honestly don't know where else to go

I app**** for Bothasig Gardens communicate (Cape Town) last year towards the end of December and I was supposed to get feedback/ response before the end of January 2024 as their turn around is 10-15 working days however I have never received or hear anything from them till this day. I have been trying to call nonstop but whenever I'm transfered to "rentals" the call disconnects after waiting for a few minutes

I eventually gave up for a bit but decided to try them again on Tuesday the 5the of March and I spoke to a lady who took my details and promised to escalate my query from her end. She gave me a ref number: *** and advised someone would get back to me by email or a phone call but I didn't get anything.

I tried again yesterday, Friday the 8the of March 2024 and I spoke to another lady who wanted to take my details again and when I told her that's already been done, she advised I just need to wait till someone gets back to me. I asked if I could visit the offices and I was told I need to book an appointment 1st and the only way to book an appointment is by calling the number "***" which is the same number that's disconnecting whenever I try to call or when they transfer me to, from their side.. I told the lady about this and she advised that's the only way and there's nothing else she can advise or help with
