Missing timescales
I app**** for a appartment in Upper Wynberg. They said the timescale will take 10 working days. It's long over the timescale. The agent can't assist and referred me to kaylin. Kaylin said that she is busy with my credit check and will email me in 10 minutes. She has still not mailed me, I emailed kaylin however she does not respond. I tried calling the office however when they try transferring me to kaylin she does not answer the phone.
