Long grass and bad maintenance

Our grass at the flats in ruyterwacht is super long, it hasn't been cut since almost a year ago. There are snakes and mice growing in the grass. It almost seems as if there are people hiding in grass so long it is.... Contact was made on numerous occasions but nothing was done.... The maintenance on the flats are slacking and it looks beyond terrible please do something
