Horrible customer service Agents that don’t know their job

I made an application for a studio apartment at Bothasig Gardens, i got a response from a guy named Akhona Ntsendwana, that said that my Application for the studio apartment was unsuccessful due to income critea becoming my salary was above the apartment I app**** for, he never even bothered to reply nor give advice as to how do i re apply for the right apartment. Then when i call and then the reception transfers me it rings and rings and rings and rings and then it said that the agent is not available everytime, and no one is will to help.
