Give me my money back!
They billed me for December even though I have moved out. No exit inspection done so my deposit has not been returned. It has been 2 weeks and they still have not returned the rent that they shouldn't have billed me for and they have not returned my deposit. If it were the other way around, they would have threatened me with lawyers by now. I am absolutely disgusted by their conduct. They wanted me to reverse the rent that they billed me for so that I would incur the penalties. I always have to email Lee-Ann Fourie and Crystal Josephs asking for updates. No forthcoming communication from them about the money owed to me. I would give them no stars if I had the option.
