COMMUNICARE/GOOD FIND PROPERTIES NOT RETURNING LEASE DEPOSIT
Lease terminated in accordance with Consumer Protection Act. No exit inspection conducted. Notice given 26 July 2022, to date (31 Oct) deposit has still not been returned. Instead a letter of demand was issued for August month and later retracted. Have emailed numerous times now to get my matter resolved with no success.
