Communicare you messed with the wrong one!!!

BOTHASIG GARDENS Since November 2022, My sister and her husband has been lodging calls and emails to the Avril and Esihle to fix leaks in the unit. It is Mah 2023 and no one has come out to check this unit. Empty promises about the maintenance team that is coming but never shows up, even an sms received to say the issue had been resolved when NO ONE even came out to investigate the matter. The unit is now mouldy and the leaks are worse it is damaging there belongings and their babies are always sick (1 month old and 2 year old). I have now lodged this complaint with the Rental Housing Tribunal and what I'm going to do next is call the newspapers and take this to every social media platform I can find because thus right here is unacceptable to say the least not to mention they are paying tenants and this is the service you render to your tenants then you shouldn't be in this industry to begin with. I have all email correspondence, video footage of leaks and where the maintenance team said they will attend to it and never showed up.
