COMMUNICARE POLICES THEIR RESIDENTS

I have lived in their Musgrave park complex for just over a year and wow. 1. They refuse to let you have any visitors after 12 or let you leave. They call this "lockdown". It is basically a prison. 2. The security told a stranger my unit number and asked for my phone number to give to this stranger. 3. You need permission to get any deliveries. 4. If you need anything fixed in your unit (drains, electrical etc) be prepared to wait months and when you call them to follow up, they hang up on you and tell you they dont feel like doing it. 5. They say ubers aren't allowed to come inside the complex but I have ordered ubers and they would be waiting for me right outside my block. So some days they follow the rule and some days they dont. 6. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone to help you with anything regarding your property. They tell you to call the next person and so on. 7. There are no visitor parking spots. 8. They do not maintain the complex. Some areas look like a squatter camp.
