Communicare is ridiculous

They get their rent on time but you report a geyser that is not working and 4 days later no one has made contact. How the heck do you run your business????? Imagine being without hot water for 5 days (till Sunday)???? And you are actually paying for it???? They are quick to send letters for debt that does not even exist because their accounts department messes up but you have to plead for help on maintenance issues
