Communicare - approves Rent Concession to 70+ yr old but never grants it

Rental concession approved MAY 2024, it's now NOVEMBER 2024 they have been telling me there is a TECHNICAL PROBLEM. Meanwhile old people are starving because they don't have enough money - why approve it and not grant it ? PEople ignore communication, Ivor Gates said he gave me a document to sign that he didn't, Signed the same document TWICE for a lorraine - basically they are hiding from me, and lying to me - ----- again, why grant concession and then you don't actually give it ............ Communicare is anything but CARE anymore, you must see houses with 10+ people in a 1 bedroom and they don't care ............. All about the money, no care, no help, nothing.... what happened, why can't various emails help me, calling they can't help, going up the chain DOESN'T HELP ............... recommend they change their name to CommuniMoney
