Bad Service
I have been calling the call center all lines are breaking, contact agents in the line are completely not enthusiastic and not professional, its shocking to experience. I have been transferred to more than four people without any help. One of the agents dropped the call instead of transferring. The contact center is completely not useful,waste of airtime and time. I have not been helped

28 Nov 2024, 04:33Still no feedback on my complaint which clearly shows the whole company has *********** staff. Calling their call center for arrangements of tenants issues and reports is as useless as the company.
