0% CUSTOMER CARE

I am really unhappy with the customer service of this place. I remember when i moved in and short paid a 0,20c, the next day the SHERRIFF of the court was at my door. I moved out the 28 May and had my inspection the 9th of June and every day since I've been trying to get my holding deposit refund. Communication and Customer Service is so POOR and PATHETIC from this company. I've left a call back with a reference number and to date have NOT received a call from them. Someone eventually responded with my holding deposit R Value, but yasis getting a date to when it will be process and paid is an ABSOLUTE PAIN!!!!!!!!! Its a miserable process!!!!!!!!!! I'd think twice going into property renting with them.
