Refund all my money please if you fail to find someone to inspect my TV

Good Morning

I am based in Johannesburg and my hone is in the Eastern Cape. I called Commrisk last week on Friday Morning to advise that my Mom's TV and aerial are both faulty. I waited for a good 4 hours for a Consultant to find someone to go look at my Mom's TV she advised that they are going to look at the TV today. To my surprise today, she calls and advises me to find my own inspector to inspect the TV and aerial because the company doesn't have anyone in the Eastern Cape. "BEAR IN MIND THAT BEFORE TAKING THE INSURANCE WITH A CONSULTANT, I ASKED HER IF THEY HAVE ANY SUPPLIERS IN THE EASTERN CAPE AND THE ANSWER WAS YES"

Commrisk please refund all the money that I have been paying If you fail to do a simple inspection of this TV and aerial, please. I don't have time for all the stories etc.
