No Service for Long standing customer.

Having been a customer for many years in my hour of need they have failed. Delayed dealing with my claim because of a minor outstanding premium even though I have paid them annually in advance. Nobody bothered to call and ask me if there was a problem "We emailed you!" was the response. Still waiting for the manager to call me. After all these years as a loyal customer I expect better.
