Claims Gossip Issue

I would like to express how unhappy I am with commrisk, I have been with them for 6 years but this year I took up an extended mechanical & electrical cover with them and when my car had a problem, I was told that there was a 60day waiting period I wasn't informed about initially, I kept communicating with the person dealing with claims (claims technician) to understand the cover fully and on that email was cc'd a consultant. While still asking questions about the car I also told the claims technician that my microwave has a problem. The consultant nicodemously sent an email to the claims technician and said "This one wants to claim thats it, now the microwave isnt heating up" she happened to send that email to me. I am unhappy about this , I have both motor and household cover with commrisk, how is it a gossip issue that I want to claim for my microwave. Since I have been with them I have only claimed 3 time and I think up to the value of R12500 in all these years and they see it fit to make my claims a gossip issue.
