<p>I went to a meeting with my colleague for B-BBEE and we presented our services in consulting to helo them obtain a BEE Certificate with a compliancy status since well some of their suppliers demand for their BEE status before they can do business with them. When we started presenting, the owner started talking negative about BEE, and while he was talking he kept referring to me due to the colour of skin, which my colleague is a white lady, but when he was talking he kept referring to be as"Black" in a negative way to a point that he even said "We Black" are getting richer and richer because of the BEE initiative and all we do is force them to spend money on things they dont want, meanwhile we black spend that money, which he even made an example of a situation where ****** was part of the example. I felt depreciated, undermined, labelled and disrespected by the owner of Commercial shearing, and im even thinking of suing the owner and take the matter further to the authorities.</p>
