GOODS SOLD WITHOUT OUR ORIGINAL ID

In November last year my son had my permission to pawn my laptop and phone and his laptop and phone-which he always gets back-On the Wednesday it was pawned and on the Saturday they have sold it to someone else with our original slip and his id-my son lost the slip where he was gambling and it says on their system that no one else can come and collect the goods without him as the original owner-lucy said I must report it to the police and bring the case number which did-now she tells me she will fight me in court even if it cost her R100 000-she cannot supply me with footage and she says my son was with this gentleman when they collected the goods - the man who worked for her apparently is not there anymore and he said to me that they can give the goods to anyone who comes in with the original slip-now she is accusing my son to be involved-it states on the slips they have insurance and it was pounted out to my son when he went to collect the proof of the slips with the ID of the guy who took our goods-I confirmed with dimitri that my goods was still there when I wanted to go and collect it was already sold within 5 days - when we phoned the guy he put the phone down in my ear
