Bad Experience

The owners of the company are extremely good at selling their services and convincing you that they are the best and are trustworthy and will get the job done on time. Here are a few highlights of our experience:

1. Deadlines (given by them) were not met and many times using 3rd party suppliers as an excuse. 2. Our kitchen reno was left incomplete because they didn't follow the plans and adjustments discussed, instead of working with us 3. Change of foreman twice, we constantly raised issues to the owners and foreman of incomplete work and once the snag list was completed they blamed the foreman. 4. The snag list was never completed, regardless of the multiple opportunities given for them to do so. Also promised that whatever work was incomplete, we would be refunded and they didn't bother to do so. 5. My husbands tools went missing, we were promised that these would be replaced. towards the end of the project we were told we need to contact their 3rd parties to find out who stole it. 6. Labour issues, on a few occasions new tradesmen had to be brought in to fix other guys issues, so a lot of rework done.

The job was not a small one and they completed 80% of the work but were fully paid. They did not keep to their promise or fully deliver what we paid them for. We have to fork out more money to complete and fix issues left by their company.
