Very bad service no answer from manager of company.

I bought a radiator cradle from this place to be assured that it's the right one for me bakkie. To I now strip the bakkie to find its the wrong one now I have tried 10 times to get hold of this company's manager to fix this problem with the manager not answering at all just goes to ring tone all the time they transfer me call to Manger.
