Worst place to get customer service

I called the previous day to ask if they had my window in stock. I had to wait around for more than an hour while they phoned people to find me a rear window and have it collected as they never had the window in stock. The staff are very rude and start arguing and swearing at me when I want to see that he doesn't mess up something on my car.
