Rude and pathetic service. So irritated!

I get to commercial glass auto in Selby just before 8am when they opened. I was one of the first to arrive. I get there only to find that 1. The quote they gave me for my Ford Figo 2016 model was wrong by R850, because they quoted me for the wrong Figo, whichtells me they don't know their stuff. 2. They ran out of stock for the windscreen and said they could go fetch it and it would be there in 45 minutes. I waited there for over 2 hrs for it to arrive. When I enquired the man in front was rude, would not stop to speak to me and had generally no people s****s whatsoever. He was actually more polite to the men there than me, dare I say, because I'm a woman. He actually stopped speaking to me.

I know it's cheaper there, but I will never use them again because of the disgusting service I got here today. I would rather pay more.
