Poor service with an attitude

Took my car in to the N1 City branch on Monday for a sensor bracket attachment. Nothing was wrong with the bracket. It was just loose. I was told the job would take an hour max, but spent the whole day there, on top of that, they broke the bracket and tried to re-attach it without even telling me. They also broke the cover of the sensor and do not want to replace. Their service is beyond poor. I strongly do not suggest anyone to use their service.
