Commercial disaster and rude owner

I received the worst service from commercial auto glass elandsfontein

Waited for a windscreen replacement on what should have been an hour took 7 hours in waiting area

The owner Whose surname is Da Silva was the rudest man on the phone who didn't even bother to listen to my complaint

If you are with King price and they send you there just know you'll get the most horrible service

I am switching my insurer because of that

I called king price 5 times and they kept promising to call me and they didn't

Honestly the worst two companies

The only person who bothered to apologize was the installer Thabo who was helpful

The rest waited till I was gatvol in my 5th hour to even bother only then the manager who says he didn't know there was a problem bothered

Apparently there was no vehicle to fetch my glass and I must then take them to edenvale on my car to fetch it

Can you imagine?

If you're thinking of using them expect really bad service
