Dents and bad service

Dont take your vehicle there... My window was done incorrectly the first time so i had to take my vehicle back for replacement of my windscreen. The second time they were so rude and complained in their language about helping me the second time , i understood everything they was saying. After window was done and i checked, my vehicle had two dents on my bonnet. I am so upset of the work that was done, and the attitude that they did it with.. now i have to take steps against them so that they can fix my bonnet. Brand new bakkie looks real bad now.
