Worst service received to date!

<p>Commed and Allcare, how on earth are you even still in business. The service you provide is not a service but a living nightmare. Whats worse is you actually do this to pensioners. Treat them like yesterdays trash, dont pay out claims and refuse to give any details as to why claims havent been paid out. Then to make matters worse, when we actually try to call your so called claims dept, we have the huge misfortune of dealing with Karen van Deventer ,who firstly cant even read an email correctly and then proceeded to submit the claim incorrectly. 2ndly she has such an unhelpful manner, talking to her is worse than having all your teeth pulled. She is that painful!</p> <p>There isnt even a point in writing about this as I see none of your other complainst have even been responded to. Shocking, disgustingc ompany! Feel so sorry for the good people that do actually possibly try because sadly they are part of a rotten stinking ship thats sinking very fast!</p>
