They say they recover debt by not stripping you of your dignity..WHAT A JOKE

This company is so unprofessional. They send automated calls you wait for 3min and cut you off they harassed me with smsses every time a different total to pay just to find out I am not the patient responsible for account. They dont Identify themselves when they do answer and it feels like a ****. I could not get any way to contact any director it took me numerous calls smsses and time to sort my account paid it just to find out I was not the patient. Never have I experienced such unprofessional service...
