Please help me to join you?

I have been trying since the end of April to reach a consultant at Commed who will be able to answer some questions and also help me join if I am satisfied with the answers. Unfortunately the phone just rings and rings. I get through to a receptionist who tries to put me through to various consultants, but never any answer and sometimes my call is cut. When I asked to speak to the customer service manager, her phone also just rings and rings. I asked for an email address for the customer service manager and was given one that does not work... I am unsure if Commed are accepting new members? IF not, please put a message on your website in order to save people from wasting their airtime and time.
