Bankmed

<p>Bankmed authorised the physiothe****** in my son's hospitalization but now they refuse to pay it. They say i am not covered for it, my question is why did they authorize it in the first place. When i check the plan for 2016 i am covered for it. When i complain they say they processed it before. Bankmed sacks</p>
