Bad payments

<p>My husband went for bloodtests on 17 November 2016 and up till today the account is still outstanding with Pathcare. I have send many e-mails and received automatic replies that the account will be forworded to the accounts department for payment, but no payment was made. I also made several phonecalls and everytime I was informed that the account will be settled with the next payment run, but nobody could give me a date.</p> <p>I do not know what to do anymore, because my husband have to go every 6 months to go for bloodtests which the medical aid asks for.</p> <p>Please help</p>
